RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Returns should be requested within the return window from the delivery date. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration won’t be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item inspection. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. You will be notified via email once the refund is completed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched. We aim to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Delivery times may vary based on courier services. Delays may occur during peak seasons or unexpected events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. You may request a return if the item is eligible for one.

Orders for customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled. Orders that have already been shipped are also non-cancellable. Specific exceptions will be indicated at checkout or product pages.
